Enter your email and we send a 6-digit code. Codes work for an hour. No email? Check spam for "Goal Smash," then try again. You can also use Sign in with Apple.
Deleting your account
In the app: tap your initials, then Profile, then Delete account. Everything you logged is removed for good.
Reporting or blocking someone
In crew chat, hold any message to report it or block the sender. In crew details, tap a member to block or unblock them. We review every report within 24 hours.
The AI coach
The coach needs your permission to share with its AI, Anthropic's Claude. Turn it on or off in Profile. Your monthly allowance and reset date are on the Profile page too. The coach is not medical advice.
Apple Health
Connect from the Home screen. To change what Goal Smash can read: iPhone Settings, Health, Data Access & Devices, Goal Smash.
Subscriptions
Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
