Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Creative Cowboys Media LLC ("we"), maker of Goal Smash. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Goal Smash.
Who can use it
You must be at least 16. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure.
Not medical advice
Goal Smash, including its AI coach, gives general fitness and nutrition information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training or diet plan, and about any pain, injury, medication, hormone, peptide or supplement. The AI coach can be wrong; use your judgment. Stop exercising and get help if something hurts or feels wrong.
Your stack
The stack is your own log of what you take and when. We don't recommend substances or doses, and logging something in Goal Smash isn't approval of it.
Crews and chat: zero tolerance
Crews are for encouragement. You may not post content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, spam, or someone else's private information. We have zero tolerance for this. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and remove the people who post it, without warning. Hold any message to report it; tap a member in crew details to block them.
Your content
You own what you post and log. You give us permission to store it and show it to you and, for crew content, to your crew, only to run Goal Smash.
Subscriptions
Some features need a Goal Smash subscription. The price and any free trial are shown in the app before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm, or when a free trial ends. Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your iPhone's Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
AI allowance
AI features have a monthly allowance that resets on the 1st. We may adjust it to keep the service running.
Don't misuse it
Don't break the law, try to access other people's data, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product.
Ending things
You can delete your account anytime in Profile. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
No warranty
Goal Smash is provided "as is." We don't promise it will be error-free or always available, or that you'll reach any particular result.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injury from exercise, diet or substances, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Goal Smash or its content and has no duty to provide support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app before material changes take effect. Georgia law governs these terms.
